National Dog Day

I’m a cat person, but I figured since my sister loves dogs the most it would not be disloyal to create nail art to honor dog life companions for #StampingSaturdayAug. Since #clairestelle8challenge also had a prompt for Sunset, I decided to combine the two into this nail art. I did these on press-on nails. They are actually the other half from the set I used to create The Professor’s Papers. Since the set only comes with six sizes of nails, the fit continues to not be the best. :p

I did the best I could when taking and editing photos of them, but since I didn’t actually attach them to my nails, they stick out a little. Editing this photo made me realize that Moyou London’s promotional photos are probably also press-on nails. They have that same disconnect between the nail and the cuticle that mine do since, again, I’m not actually wearing them properly. I could be wrong though, so don’t quote me on it! ;D
