So I was moving all of my crafting and Stuff into a different room in the house (or one room instead of scattered all over the place) and I knew my nail was splitting and I didn’t fix it so of course I tore it off while moving a box. Go me. It’s going to be short nails for a bit. I was planning on chopping them in a month just to see how it felt so really I’m just early. There are some things that are easier to do without long nails, but it really isn’t that much easier. I’ll probably just let them grow back, perception experiment percepted.
So with my abruptly short nails, I had to change my plans for the E is for Easter #aznailartchallenge on Instagram. I was planning on doing eggs anyway, so I decided to just paint each nail as an easter egg instead of having easter eggs on them. It actually ended up being easier to do than my initial plans. I topped it off with the matte nail topcoat from Colores de Carol and called it good. This next manicure should be pretty simple as well since I have a lot to do settling into my new space. So far I’m liking my new desk though. 🙂
