Wolf Man

I’m scared to go back and try to watch the old Universal Studios movies since so many old movies just make me mad culturally speaking. But my brain apparently had no problem throwing my money at Moyou London so I could get my hands on every single plate from their Universal Studio stamping plate set. For Halloween! Now I just have to get around to using them all. It’s already been two years so my record is not good. Nonetheless, we are here today with some full moon nail featuring, of course, Wolf Man. Responsible action at last.

I tried to keep it simple, but some part of my brain is both happy with this design and not. You may be seeing it again next year with more color and texture polish splashed around everywhere. Possibly I shouldn’t have used such large nails for the design I had drawn up. I don’t know. My brain likes to view every flat surface as a shelf and every blank surface as an opportunity to fill it with Stuff. See Hot Ghost Halloween.😅

Still, really love how that texture polish looks with just a black jelly filling in the cracks. I know they’re just a novelty polish so I was careful to not buy many and that proved to be a good idea since this is the first time I used this pre-blog polish on the blog and I have a black and white crackle I still haven’t touched either. I think OPI had a collection in all the basic colors for a bit there, so it could have been worse.

Glory in the glow

I truly love Familiar Polish’s glow in the dark polishes so now that I’ve used her yellow glow in the dark all by itself, I thought I’d throw together a “glow” swatch image. In retrospect, I probably should have zoomed it out a tiny bit more since these coffin falsies are so big. Ah, well. Still educational. “Radon” is currently still for sale at her store although there may be delays since she’s having trouble keeping the bottles in stock.

I also noticed that Clear Jelly Stamper now has a glow in the dark stamping set on top of their original glow in the dark stamping polish. I have a mighty need…

Until next time, friends! May the wolf be with you or something. Honestly, I’m not even sure how his story went… 🙋‍♀️
