I managed to paint and turn in some Instagram collab manis during the non-posting stint, so I have another mani to share today. The prompt was hygge and the group was started by Lauren (@zenstamping) to follow the themes for Maniology’s ManixMe boxes. Buying their monthly boxes isn’t required to participate and even if you got it like I did for November, that doesn’t mean you have to use it. Instead, I used stamping plates from Moyou London because I liked their fall vibe. Plus I’m totally in love with the glass teapot image on their Fall in Love Collection 08 stamping plate. So cozy!

I usually don’t paint very neutral looks, but today’s just felt so good. Although…maybe I can’t call it neutral since the base polish is so shimmery and full of holo?
Well, extra people gotta extra, I guess. Personally loving the holo-y goodness shining through the jelly polish I used to fill in the teapot decal. (Amusingly, it’s called “Coffee Jelly”.) And I loved Lyn B Design’s “Salutations” so much that when she came out with a similar polish in yellow, I snagged it. Hope I find an excuse to use it soon! Since “Salutations” is such a busy polish, I stamped a background pattern to tone it down and even added a few blobs behind the stamping decals to give them a quiet space to exist.
