Happy Valentine’s Day, everyone! I hope you’ve found some way to make it special for you regardless of your romantic status. Honestly, I consider this a chocolate holiday more than anything else. And if you have to buy your own chocolate, remember that doing so means you are getting exactly the chocolate you want. That’s why I like this mani so much for Valentine’s Day. Because she’s relaxed and sexy and looks like she’s enjoying herself, but it’s just her. Maybe there’s someone there that she’s sharing that with, but maybe not.
Also, I really love the punk/goth look with all the cool chains and harnesses. It’s an awesome style. I know a lot of people weren’t terribly happy with this ManixMe box when it came out, but I love it. The bondage alt life look was only implied. I used a different plate to add in the overt sexiness.
No thumb pic today because it’s just painted with a beautiful textured reflective glitter polish so I threw in a macro shot instead.

Hmm I don’t have much else to say here beyond still feeling smug about the flames I stamped in the background. They are a subtle detail that pleases me and you can’t see it but the flames were a heart shape. There are several stamping plates that have heart-shaped flames these days including Maniology’s M346 plate–which I didn’t use here but suspect will still be a plate you can buy a few years from now. I’m less sure about what is going on with the Nicole Diary brand.
