The splatfoxes got a color change. I think I had the odd thought that i would use them on the site from then on and just change the colors to fit. So much for continuing themes. I chose redrival because lx thought highly of their service and they didn't have any advertisements. I'd grown very intolerant of working around them.
Since I was experimenting (and I'd been shamed out of using my usual centered menu ;), I wanted to try those left column menus. It ended up being a pain in the ass because I'd started checking my layouts in Netscape and assigning a background to one table cell meant any other table cell in it had the same background unless you set a different one. Bad Netscape. :p Making tiles sucked.
I removed the far right table cell and that's about the extent of changing the layout. Oh, I did switch out the host name and copyright notice. The very last line is a nice comfy place for those things.

- Artwork - (sub) I remade it to look more like the rest of the site layout-wise. New categories: birds, hammerhead, and zodiac.
- Random Chaos - (sub) I thought the name was a clever compliment to the site's name. But I did not have a page for it, so the link wasn't even active.
- News - increased archive to four.
- Brain Dump - (sub) EHU moved here and I added the Hello Kitty Pencil Shrine.
- Links - (sub) Look! A links section! And it only took me three years. Hahahahaaa
