Mushroom Garden

I’m really bummed that I couldn’t do all of the prompts for the #firedazedsept2017 challenge this month, but I just couldn’t pass up Mushrooms. So I combined it with the #31DC2017 prompt of Black and White and the #nailsunitedseptchallenge prompt of Garden and here we are! I started off painting the background white but then I thought it would look cool to use the white as a highlight and chose a light grey instead. I kinda wish I’d gone one shade lighter so it would fall under more of an off-white and thus be closer to just whites and just blacks, but it is what it is. And I do love the way it looks. I really love this look and will hopefully get to try it with more images again soon. It’s a really great color scheme for winter, so I think we can make it happen.

Yeah, so stamping plates with mushrooms are one of my weaknesses. I see them. I buy them. It’s kinda amazing how long it’s taken for me to do a mushroom mani. Well, unless you know how many stamping plates I own. *whistle* 😉
