I think this is edging on nail fail. I think I needed to use a slower-drying clear polish with OPI’s Color Paints series. The drops of color came out way too opaque so while the needle drag technique worked pretty well, it’s hard to see in the photo. The silver glitter base coat does not shine through. The colors, too opaque, do not flatter each other like they did in the original. She did use a different set of nail polish. Oh, well. This is still rainbow and someday I will try this again.
