This is the critter that made me want to pick up Anja's book in the first place because it looks so beautiful and omg never again. Okay, maaaybe not, but it takes so much time and extra reinforcement lacing that it's only a month later that I can look at it and think that a black swan would be nice... 5 cm from neck to tail, 6 cm wing span, and 3½ cm tall.

Materials: 32 gauge wire, 11/0 beads in white, bright orange, and black.
