The final project for Drawing I. We had to do a portrait that held meaning for us. Since I am half Japanese yet have very little connection with that part of my heritage, my subject was obvious. My intention was not to draw a geisha, but everyone keeps calling it that and I have better battles to fight...like Guild Wars... Larger than 18X24 rag paper. Watered down gold acrylic ink, brown ink, and sepia colored microns.
