Hehehe I know the guy with his hand up is probably reaching for his glasses so he can turn into Superman, but he’s also bursting through a wall if you’re familiar with the stamping plate. To be honest, I’ve always had a lot of sympathy for the property owners when it comes to Superman (although Power Rangers is the show that has me most concerned about insurance rates). I originally did this for polka dots, but it also has a gradient and my plans are a bit awry right now so I’m making some quick adjustments. So this is for day 10 of the #31DC2017 challenge: Gradients.
But! Tomorrow’s prompt is not the only challenge with dots. This was also for #LigaNailistaChallenge and I chose dots instead of lines (or Puntos en vez de Lineas). So now I don’t have to be a day late. Hurrah! 😀

Sinful Colors’ Demi Matte “A-crush” and Wet ‘n’ Wild’s “Black Creme” - Stamping Plates:
Born Pretty BP-L062 (comic guy), XJ10 (french tip), XY-Z21 (“dots”) - Line separating french tip from the rest of the nail done in acrylic paint.
Ugh. None of the plates I used were etched very well. Which is why my french tip stamping turned colors instead of being white. That part I actually liked (so don’t be too quick to throw out shallowly etched plates). Having to stamp several times to get a decent image sucked. Time is precious when you have one or more manicures due each day. :p
So many gradients to love, guys:
These are so cool!! Very edgy 🙂
Thanks! Gotta get in while superheros are still cool! ;D
